I checked in at the Madrid Airport early Friday morning with my 2 bags, one brown bag and a purple bag. I did transit at Amsterdam and around 3:30pm we had a connecting flight to Ghana. We got to Ghana around 9pm. We went through the protocols to get our cobid test done and when we got to the baggage section, none of my two bags checked in at the Madrid Airport could be found. I made a claim at the appropriate section at the airport and I also had a message from KLM that one of my bags was still in transport and it will be delivered later. I clarified at the claims desk that my bags were two not one so they should try their best and check for me.On Saturday 2nd October, 2021, the bag KLM gave information about the small brown bag came so it was left with the big purple bag which is my main luggage.I have been following up on my missing bag since 1st October, 2021 to date to no avail. As at now, I dont know where my bag was misplaced, whether at the Madrid Airport, Amsterdam, or Ghana Airport so please help me find my bag because its been 8 good days since I returned to Ghana and Ive still not gotten my bag.Im lodging this complain online now to express my frustration on my missing luggage.I hope to hear something positive on my missing bag ASAP.Best Regards |
