Hello My name is Elena Najah Ramez Charaf I came to lebanon from Sofia ,Bulgaria to Istanbul, Turkey then arrived to Lebanon Beirut. The airplane didnt come on time and it was late we wait alot from Sofia to fly.My bag is lost. I arrived to lebanon and I didnt find my bag .I asked alot of times in the airport there is nothing , they said that I can find my bag in your airport can you help me . I know its late to write an email but my grandfather Ahmad Charaf died in the same day and we live far away from Beirut. The airplane was on 19.07.2021.I came with my family there names are: Rima Hachem Hachem Sofia Fatma Ramez CharafMohamed Ali CharafRokaya CharafJasmin CharafRamez Ahmad CharafHassan CharafAhmad CharafIt can be on someone from my family name the bag please check .On 19 july my grandfather died so when I didnt find my bag after searching alot I went to at least see my grandfather before interment him.
