| Location Details: | My black luggage bag was checked in at IHA around 6:30 for our direct flight to Mexico City flight number 471. Upon arriving to Mexico City we waited for 30 minutes and out luggage was no where to be found. We spoke to the lost and found and notified her about the situation and was only asked to provide her with my contact information. I was not provided any help. |
