I packed the item in my suitcase in the UK. 2 pillowcases made especially for me with memories of home and the pillows separately. My flight was Manchester to Doha, Doha to Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur to Brunei. When I arrived in Brunei and collected my luggage off the baggage belt the lock had been removed and the case was open. I have moved different places and havent unpacked until the last few weeks and I have emptied my case and been through everything before contacting you. The pillow is here but not the case. |
