Dear Madam or Sir,I hope you are doing well.I was on the flight EZY8574 yesterday from Barcelona to London Gatwick. When I landed my luggage Big grey hard case with NY silver etiquette wasnt there, I completed the delayed baggage form, but Im not receiving any confirmation email. I believe I know where the problem comes from. At the checking desk in Barcelona the easyjet employee looked a the wrong reservation and sent my luggage to Geneva as you can see from the pictures. I had everything I needed in this luggage to quarentine in my flat medicine, food, etc.., I need it urgently as I cant go out to get these things. I called easyjet 7 times already, but no one seems able to help me with this situation. Could you assist me with this |
