We missed our flight so we had to book a new flight from another airport, so we had to leave imediately to make it. The bagage, which is a trophy sword packed in a box, was therefore left in the airport because it was checked in.Ive talked to an employe Roxanne on this number 44 1582 700119 who told me the package was safe with them. Ive had a friend in London go to pick it up for me twice, but they say it is not there, which they tell me it is on the phone.Can you please help me locate the package and help me with getting it shippedIt is a trophy i won at a fitness competition and has a huge personal value me.I have attached a photo of the note I got from the backage.Thank you |
