I have long transit so decided to go Hotel for refreshing After checking the last screen to exit to the city they said open the baggage after opening they see Camera Gimbal that they didnt recognise after asking many of their teams they said you cant go this in the city so you must leave here we give you tag number.one of them wrote me tag number and he said leave your bag here when you return to the airport you take from here.After i came back to Airport I ask one of the helpdesk how can i have my hand baggage they said you cant go in arrival hall you have tag number they will transfer your bag to your last destination even our team cant go to the arrival hall he said i am sure they will transfer on it and i will write them now an email.From 28 Oct until now i dont have my baggage and i have contacted them many time they still said we are looking on it. |
