| Additional Information: | When I got off from my airplane in Washington They sent me straight to custom because I came from Africa.After custom I when back to check my bags to register for the last flight to Newark I only found one and we couldnt find the 2 bag and the customer representative told me probably they sent it by mistake to Newark.when arrived I still couldnt find it. I reported to the UNitedairline representative but she wasnt understanding. I still didnt get my bag. |
