black luggage with wheels and retractable handledimensions cm 704530there are some red stripes on the handleThe luggage was seen last at Sofia airport when checking-in.We had a connecting flight at Paris CDG airport where the luggage was supposed to be transferred to the next plane flight AF1058When we arrived to our final destination Newcastle upon Tyne UK the luggage had not arrived with us and we declared it as missing.apparently it has been missed off at Paris CDG and did not make it onto the next flightLater the same day 09.09.20 Wednesday we received an email from Airfrance saying that the baggage has been located and it will be sent to Newcastle UK on 10.09 Thursday however, its been almost a week now and nothing arrived.Paris CDG claim they have sent it on 10.09 but Newcastle airport say that they have not received it now it has disappeared |
