I was on a flight from Mumbai to London via Delhi on 29th August 2020 as mentioned. I had locked and checked in my baggage at the Mumbai Airport. Once I received my baggages from London Heathrow Airport, I went home and checked that someone had opened it and cut it to proceed to steal. |

The person or authority who stole my items have cut an area of my bag and proceeded to steal. I have attached a picture of the cut for convincence. Its pathetic how AIR INDIA keeps stealing items or baggage of their travellers and claim it as you are not supposed to carry expensive items. This is a criminal matter and should be taken more seriously. |
