I sat in seat 18D, Econ Comfort. My blue framed, prescription sunglasses with pink flowers at the top of frame, Bebe designer, were in a pink-mauve case, opening at the top. They either fell on the floor in front of my seat or were in the empty middle seat next to my aisle seat. I wrote to Lufthansa Customer Service with no success. I received a response a week ago from them. |
