| Location Details: | I arrived to Terminal 1. I had to change airlanes and do check out from SkyUp and check in with Qatar. However, the airport staff assured me the luggage will arrive to my destination - Melbourne and didnt let me go to the baggage claim area. After 3 months the bag is still missing. |
