My two baggage have been checked in from Bangkok Thailand on 14 of March 2020 with flight EK373 BKK-DXB that was my last seen then on 15 of March connecting with ET601 DXB-ADD, then ET915 ADD-SSG.I have reported to the staff officer at Malabo Equatorial Guinea regarding lost luggage on 15th of March, my file number is SSGET12550 Staff sent an email mentioned that they found my baggage in DXB and they will deliver to SSG since then no one contact me. But because Equatorial Guinea airport is closed since 15 of March. My flight was the last flight to arrive in Malabo. Until now I havent received any updates regarding my two bags. Call center agents gave the different information. Its show on their system thats my back arrived to Malabo but there is none. |
