Regarding to the trip from HKG-SFO on 20Jan ,flight number CX872 lost my checked luggage case.After contacting with my friend in other airline ,the report could clearly state that the checked baggage was confirmed to have been delivered to SFO and the flight was loaded in AKE88009.The reason led me to think that the luggagemight have been taken away by someone else in the SFO. |
