Inside the black canvas zippered bag which is about the size of the an iPad contains an iPad with a black Otterbox case, some peanuts, portable charger, etc.I was able to reach the Delta baggage associates shortly after my husband discovered it was missing. I told them that my husband who was traveling on business would return to the airport in the morning Jan. 14th to pick it up. He was supposed to ask for Red Code at the Delta ticket counter in San Jose. I learned later that he was flying out of California on the 14th, but out of the Oakland Airport When I called back and finally got through to San Jose Delta Baggage they said lost and found items not retrieved within 24 hours are shipped to Atlanta who will contact us and ship the item back. A week has passed and Atlanta Lost Found has said they still dont have it. |
