I forgot my jacket on the plane, LH 0287, going from Bologna departing 12:15 to Frankfurt arriving 13:40, today 30 of July 2019. The jacket was in acompartment for luggage, close to seat 12E.The plane arrived at gate A16.I noticed that I had forgot my jacket on the plane 1 hour later, and returned to gate A16. There was a man behind the desk on A16, and he said that theLH 0287 had arrived at gate A16 at 13:40, but the plane had left to Berlin.The man behind the desk recommended me to contact Lufthansa Customer Services at Frankfurt Airport. I found a Customer Services at gate A12.I explained my problem to a man at the desk in Customer Services, and he recommended me to contact Lost and Found at Frankfurt Airport, whichwas located 2 levels down. I went 2 levels down, and asked several persons where the lost and found office at airport was, but I did not find it.My intent was to check with the Lost and Found at airport if they had received any jacket, and ask them what I could do if they had not received anyjacket or got no information of lost items at LH 0287.So, I have questions:1. Have there been found any jacket at LH 0287 at 30 of July 2019, going from Bologna departing 12:15 to Frankfurt arriving 13:40 2. If there has not been found any jacket, what can I do Wait and ask again some days later Or is there any possibility that the jacket could have been found in Berlin airport instead 3. If the jacket has been found, can you send me the jacket or do you have any service that I should contact for example DHL Br, Mikael Stahls |
