CHECK IN around 1pm onward, April 14, 20191 Luggage left untagged. We checked in 5 luggage, 4 23 kilo, 1 8 kilo infant luggage.I got 5 claim stub, but found out that the 1 stub was for the infant stroller we have used as carry on luggage since we used the stroller until boarding area.1 23 kilo luggage, declared untagged.DESCRIPTIONcolor: black hard caseBrand: UNBOUNDITEMS inside: mens clothing, 2 slippersIslander and beach walk brand, garlic, chinesse medicine, wrapped present items. Salted fishbagoong, banana leaf wrapped sticky rice, dried fish, and others.Was too confident without checking on my stub details, trusting that all was counted and checked in properly.Upon arrival, luggage was uncounted and untagged.Filed a lost baggage at YYZ airport but until now luggage is nowhere to be foundPLEASE HELP, my first time as balikbayan after 4 years. my CCTV naman siguro to prove my allegation.THANK YOU |
