My first point of boarding was in Chennai on Apr 7th 2019.Chennai-Singapore-BaliSQ5335 - SQ948.THE arrival of SQ5335 in Singapore was delayed due to late start in Chennai. Hence the airline did not transfer the luggage to SQ948. We managed to board SQ948, but was told that the luggage will arrive by the next flight to Bali on 8th April. We are stranded in Bali without any clothes to change and all other essential things in the baggage. It has been 2 days in Bali and we have already spent more than 1000 USD to buy medicines, food, clothes and other essentials. Need the airline authorities to intervene and sort this issue.
