| Location Details: | I was cheching in at easyjet terminal. I put my case on the band and it took the case from me before i could put the identification tag on it. I told an assistant to stop the band but she refused. So i saw my luggage go away. The luggage has no identification but it does have a pink polka dot label with my name and address on it. Every person assistant, customer care, security guard, gate assistants i turned to told me this is quite usual with the new Easyjet checkin procedures. Everybody told me that they would have sent me the case with the next flight. |
