| Location Details: | I was in a rush to get my flight and dumped my keys inside the grey tray that goes through the security belt to check for dangerous items.The bag in that tray was taken aside to look through it as I had a digital picture frame in it that was blocking the securitys view. So it was put through the belt again. When it came through the other side, I spotted my bag in one tray and the digital frame in a separate one, picked them up and ran off as quickly as I could. The keys stayed in the tray...This was in Gatwick Airports South Terminal. One of the people in charge of looking through the luggage actually spotted them and brought the item to peoples attention, but I was too distracted and didnt realise it could be mine. |
| Additional Information: | There are a few silver keys on the chain and a smaller key with a black plastic top for my bike lock. The standout feature is a square silver metallic I love Spain or I love Madrid Keyring cant remember exactly with a red heart symbol on it.I also dropped some coins with the keys, around 10 pounds worth, but Im not concerned about getting that back. |
