I took the phone out to change to airplane mode and must of put in down when we departed from Newark airport to Dusseldorf. The Seat next to me was empty. The phone had a cover gray pink.My Seat number was 33G. Please note I just got back to the United States Yesterday October 28, 2014 and had no way to report. I did mentionat the airport when I returning to the United States but they could not help me they told I had to go online and report it. |
