I gave it to the ticket agent at the Delta Counter at SFO when I checked in. She gave me a boarding pass but no bag claim ticket. My itinerary had changed due to missed connections.I started on Hawaiian and was scheduled to transfer to Virgin America.When I missed that flight, Hawaiian rescheduled me on Delta Flts 806 and 2417 .I believe the Delta did not recheck my bag on Delta, mistakenly thinking the baggage was checked through to JFK because the tags from my original flights were on it. It was midnight and she was rusing me through to make the flight. |
