| Location Details: | By seat 14 A. It was sent to Salt Lake City and reported to me Angelas husband the following day 12 October. I told the baggage people that we would pick it up when Angela returned from her trip to Germany on the 16 October. They said that would be fine. On the 16th we went to the baggage room and they could not find it. The next day around noon we again went to the baggage claim and they could not find it and said to fill out this form. They hinted that after three days they would turn it over to the big Atlanta Lost and Found. This makes me extremely unhappy as when they first informed me they had the bag at the Salt Lake Terminal 2 they did not say it had to be picked up within three days which I could have easily done. Why did they not keep the bag at the Salt Lake Terminal and let us pick it up on Thursday 16 October when Angela returned from Germany. Please get this bag to us. Thank You. |
