The hand bag trolley was left in front of Alitalia sales ticket desk in Terminal-1 Bigleterie, in a ring fenced area by Alitalia. The luggage was labelled with the following address: Carmen Carbajosa, CRafael Villa n 52 28023 Madrid, ESPAA. According to information by another passenger, the hand luggage was taken by Alitalia staff and airport staff. A claim was made orally to the Alitalia staff in the airport the following day, to the police and in lost and found no forms for claims were provided in Rome. A bypass was sent from Madrid airport Alitalia to the staff in Rome at the plane arrival Rome-Madrid at 1030 on 240914 with all details WM TTY FCOLLAZMADLLAZFCOXHAZ. A fax was sent 902889890, an e-mail to customer.relationsES@alitalia.it, a letter was sent to Alitalia Customer Relations Apdo.827928080 MADRID. No reply was received. |
