We left it on the curbside at the Departure drop-off area, where we picked up a SmartCart for our baggage we had kept the cardboard placard on another SmartCart and forgot to pick it up when we released the Cart at the front of the line. We did not realise this until we reached Los Angeles. As soon as we did, we called United Airlines Customer Service and Washington Dulles Lost Found, but were told that we will have to wait until later and check through this website. |
