Daniel S. Harvey and Mrs Memuna K. jalloh are both returning from a seminar in China. Due to the current health challenge in sierra Leone, their flight was re-routed to go through Doha then Casablance and to Freetown. They checked in together and was told to request for the status of their baggages at Casablanca, which they did twice at the transit desk. upon arrival at FNA freetown, it was discovered that the baggages were not on the flight that brought them. A report was made at the airport and further at the Royal air maroc office at Charlotte Street Freetown. A file reference SNAAT12495 was given to them but the worldtracer system was not recognizing it. |
