| Location Details: | I checked in at gat E77 Toronto to Frankfurt, gave my passport for the agent to scan, she gave it back to me and I thought i put it right back in my bag. as I walked through the gate to the plane in Toronto - when we landing in Frankfurt, we got off the plane, went down the stairs to wait for the bus and once I was on the bus to take us to the Mannheim terminal from the plane, I noticed it was missing. We checked all our bags and nothing. |
