I am writing to urgently request your help in locating my missing bag, which I accidentally left behind at the airport on 7 August.
The bag was light blue in colour, medium-sized—not too large and not too small. Inside the bag, there was a small jewellery pouch containing several personal jewellery items that are very important to me, including:
* Multiple bracelets and bangles
* A wooden bangle
* A pearl necklace
* Green and silver-coloured jewellery
* One pair of real silver anklets (payal)
* Other small hand jewellery, necklaces, and personal jewellery pieces
On 7 August, I had submitted the bag for checking, and the Akasa Air staff took it from me in front of me for checking. At that time, I was in a great hurry because my flight gate was about to close. I packed and collected the rest of my belongings and rushed towards the gate, and unfortunately, the bag was left behind.
My flight was missed that day. Akasa Air has now provided me with another flight on 10 August, at the same time and with the same airline. Therefore, I will be returning to the airport tomorrow.
I am requesting you please, please help me locate my missing bag before tomorrow, as I desperately need my belongings back. The jewellery inside the bag is personally very important to me.
I kindly request you to immediately check with the Akasa Air staff, security/checking area, Lost & Found department, and CCTV if required. If the bag has been found, please keep it safely and inform me so that I can collect it tomorrow, 10 August, when I arrive for my flight.
I am ready to provide my PNR, flight details, boarding pass, ID proof, baggage description, or any other information required to identify my bag.
