On the Airplane
I had the beats in the case sitting in my lap. They apparently fell during the flight. I only had 20 minutes to catch my next flight, so by the time I realized i didn’t have them it was too late to go back. I had the Southwest agent at the new gate desk call the gate I had just landed at and that agent did confirm the beats had been found on the airplane, but unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to go back to get them and still make my connecting flight.
