Through connecting they told me they would send my luggage straight to my final destination
When arriving at Toronto they SUPPOSED TO load my bag onto BW611
Which they didn’t
They cancel my connecting flight to POS without telling me
However that was sorted and I went on my next flight which was AC984
However my bag did not left Toronto
I need to get my luggage
