Property lost: gymnastics equipment (2 sticks) in a clear case

On the Airplane, Baggage Claim
The items were tied with a rope to a Hula hoop with a black cover (gymnastics – sports equipment). The hula hoop is intact, but those two sticks tied to it are missing.
One of the ropes used to tie it is also missing.
It was last seen when checked into the OOG at Delhi Indira Gandhi Airport Terminal 1.
Possibly the sticks came loose while transferring to the flight. kindly check the baggage belts. Some foul play is suspected since the rope was tied securely but one came undone. If possible, please check CCTV footage.
They are two gymnastics sticks (photo below) approximately 30 cm long, one is green and one is pink and blue.
both are in a clear plastic case.
