The item was seen last when tsa emptied it along with other costume jewelry in a bin to put through the scanner. They put back everything in the pouch and I didn’t see when they did because they pulled it off the scanner and put the things back by the scanner so I couldn’t see what they were doing. When I came home and checked, they stole my watch, it wasn’t there. I’ve been calling but got nowhere until I called jetblue in new york and they told me to reach out to you guys
