Connecting Flight
i flew from cle to JFK with jetblue. was told by jet blue final pickup is in belgrade. flew from jfk to belgrade with airserbia. spoke with both airlines air serbia just has a call center it’s not someone directly at terminal 1 at jfk. spoke with supervisor from jetblue and she confirmed the bag is at terminal 1 where it was transferred to air serbia. its a black checked bag with red lining. just want to get ahold of someone that can see if the bag there and get it to serbia asap.
