Good Afternoon, I along with my family were travelling from London to Hyderabad VIA Mumbai. The journey started on 19th may2026 at 23.01 from London Heathrow Airportterminal 2 and reached Mumbai chhatrapati sivaji airport. The layover was almost seven hours as our flight to Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi airport was scheduled at 18.00 pm . We had to collect our baggage and do self transfer for our destination flight. During this period, we waited near Dubai international immigration area and after 16.00 pm, we started towards Air India domestic flights domain and went through passing of security checks, where we placed our bags on the scanners and left the counters . After reaching gate 45B1, we realised that our bag is missing as we forgot to pick it up from security check,Then we tried to search for it a lot but were not allowed to go towards security checks as the flight was about to take-off The bag contained one apple IPad containing very important data. Further, I attach my journey details and photos of bag and toy. I humbly request the authorities to consider my predicament and do the needful at the earliest for which I shall be highly obliged.
