I am filing a claim for two missing carry-on bags that were taken at the gate in Amman Airport before boarding our flight to Dallas.
We originally checked in 3 bags at check-in and kept 2 hand-carry bags with us. However, while walking into the plane, an airport staff member in Amman collected our carry-on bags and provided us with two baggage tickets:

After arriving in Dallas, we only received the 3 originally checked bags. The two carry-on bags that were taken at the gate were missing and did not arrive with our luggage.
We have still not received these bags and would like to file a lost baggage claim and request assistance locating them as soon as possible.
