Hello, on May 4th, I was supposed to fly from Barcelona on flight 3F232. I had bought a Gucci bag in Madrid for 1100€. To do tax free, we boarded a bus from Terminal 2 to go to Terminal 1. I had put my bag in a larger Versace bag. The bag also contained my phone, Gucci sunglasses, and my and my husband’s bank cards. I had put my bag on the seat next to the driver. There were only 6 people on the bus. Immediately after getting off the bus, we noticed that my bag was left in the bus. We ran after the bus from the front of the terminal, but the driver closed the doors and drove away. We learned on the spot that the bus was going down to the first floor. In 5 minutes, we reached the bus and the driver was not there. We checked with other passengers and my bag was not there. We waited for the driver for about 7 minutes with other passengers. During that time, my husband’s airport employees said that Your bag is on the bus, the driver who was approaching the bus asked me excitedly where my bag was, he told me with a grin that my question was not finished, we contacted the airport police, we told them the exact time of the accident, which happened between 18:30-18:40, but the police did not help us, I can even send the receipt for the bag, we are sure that the bus driver took it and took advantage of the fact that we do not know Spanish and we had a time problem, we were missing the flight, please process my complaint, we are 100% sure that it was the driver, we even tried to find the location of the phone on the spot with iCloud, but the phone was already turned off, it took 5 minutes to get to the bus from the terminal, and the passengers behind us could not have taken it because I was in a stroller, we got off the bus from the end, even a few people helped, only my husband was sitting next to the driver and he got out of the first entrance forgetting my bag, we asked the police to watch the moment we got off the bus with cameras, but they refused. In short, for 2 hours, the airport police showed absolute indifference.
