At the tui check in, the luggage was not tagged but we informed the tui workers straight away as to what our luggage looks like
It’s one big suitcase which is purpley/blue in colour with pink flower vines all over it. It is soft shell and is missing a zip. If you need to look in it it has NO7 creams on the top and a gold wash bag with all toiletries in. We have literally arrived in punta Cana with the clothes on our backs and don’t seem to be getting anywhere with anyone as to where the case actually is or could be.
