Baggage Claim

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally report a damaged baggage incident related to my recent flight.
Upon collecting my luggage from the baggage claim area, I discovered that my suitcase was severely damaged and completely opened. The condition of the baggage clearly indicates that the damage occurred during handling and transport.
Unfortunately, due to the stress and urgency at the airport at the time, I was not able to report the issue immediately at the baggage service desk. I sincerely regret this, and I am now submitting this claim as soon as possible after discovering the extent of the damage.
