On the Airplane
I took off my hearing aids and put them in their charging case in order to put in earbuds for entertainment. I put the case on the shelf in my seating area. When the plane was getting ready to land I went to put them back on but the case was not on the shelf. It’s a black, oval case, about 3 inches long, with two flesh colored hearing aids inside. The hearing aids are over-the-ear aids, with a short, invisible wire ending in two molds that fit into my ears. Upon landing the flight attendants helped me look for the case but could not find it. I had to deplane and needed to catch a connecting flight, but the attendants had called a mechanic to take the seat apart. I do not know the results of that search, as I was told to file this on-line claim.
