Property lost: searched boarding One Corso Como Black Suede Shoe

Last seen in suitcase , the pair of shoes was packed and suitcase was checkin. Upon my arrival back to Houston at baggage claim C1, I noticed the suitcase had been searched – the tag was only tied once and I had tied it 3 times and the zipper was open alittle.
The black solid suede shoe, it has a small heal that looks like a copper color mirror. My thought, is when they searched the suitcase, the shoes were removed but forgot to put 1 shoe back in the suitcase. The missing shoe was in a felt white bag.
