Was on plane that left moline Illinois on 4/9/2026 at 3:48pm last seen On plane had in my hand thought I put in my bag used wheelchair assistance stopped at restroom left C pap bag on wheelchair took other bag with me into restroom from there went to gate flight 2152 went to use my phone and couldn’t find anywhere searched both bags no where to be found young man working for wheelchair assistance was wonderful he tried calling to see if it was still on plane.he did not get a call back before he had to take his next person to there gate. The young man at the counter said I did not have time to go look had to get on the plane and fill this form out. Vincent the flight attendant went above and beyond for me he texted my husband for me and set my laptop up with Wi-Fi so I could reach my daughter who was picking me up.also calmed me down from the panic track I was having. The phone case is white with a yellow flower with the words let go and let God.
