I was at gate 110 then moved to 109. My Southwest plane from Orlando to Austin was approximately three hours delayed. I’ve called numerous times today about my item and was told to leave an email or somebody would contact me back. Customer service was terrible but again it’s a burgundy beats case with a left iPod only in it with keys attached and a picture of my granddaughter on the keychain.
Again it’s a burgundy earbuds case with one gray earbud to the left side because I have the right side with me left between gate number 110 or 109 southwest Orlando to Austin
