We know that we definitely had it in North terminal gatwick – seats near WHS Smith, Oakley hut, bottom of stairs. We cannot remember if we left it there or at the number 50 gate when we boarded or potentially on the aeroplane (but we cannot remember taking it on the plane).
It is a hard grey case which was a carry on case
We flew to Hurghada and when we arrived at our hotel (titanic Palace) we realised we didnt have it.
It does not have any names on it but the TUI lady did put a TUI sticker around the handle
