Property lost: Cabin trolly

I purchased this cabin trolly at Istanbul airport shop, was told it can go in the hold above seats, but at the boarding gate my trolly was taken from my freind who was carrying it all details were taken at the gate and then in the airplane my name and passport details were take.
But when arriving at Heathrow I couldn’t find my trolly so reported it at the desk. I was given a receipt and email to contact if I didn’t hear anything. I received emails saying it cannot be found but to send all the information they requested.
Which I have done so twice photos and record of purchase my flight details etc . I have not heard anything after that.
It is a light green trolly that can be used as mobility scooter.r
