Connecting Flight, Baggage Claim
The 2 baby strollers were last seen in Băneasa Airport, when someone took them when we were walking towards the plane. The man did not say anything and we thought he is working for WizzAir or being staff of the Băneasa Airport. Once we arrived in Warsaw we asked the cabin crew and they told us that the stroller will be on the luggage claim. We waited for it and looked until the last luggage was dropped but it nothing on the baggage claim line or near- we looked several minutes everywhere. The time run fast and we were not able to file the complaint there because we were already late for the flight WizzAir W62470 to Budapest and someone from security advised us to hurry. Once we arrived in Budapest we assumed the strollers were lost somewhere and we wanted to file a case but the problem is that the strollers tag was with Warsaw so they could not be sent to Budapest with the next flight. Like this the strollers were left behind even though we have looked for them and ask for direction in Warsaw. If someone can help us we would appreciate a lot. Thank you
