Gate B16, floght from Bakersfield Califronia was waiting for it and the land attendant said to go to Carousel 3. Waited there and it was not there. Went to baggage service and they said it was not there and to file a report/claim.
Carry on luggage, with wheels, purple(eggplant) in color, brand “it”, with a red ribbon on the handle and name tag with my name on it and also a red tag from American Airlines.
