We were submitting the luggage as usual how we do check in in airlines counter.
As we have many transit but the luggage are going directly into the last destination (soekarno hatta airport jakarta CGK)
Until we waited in the last destination, the JSS & the airlines are reported 1 of our luggage has forgotten in one of transit.
Please kindly advice, we have so many valuable documents inside.
