Terminal A I had a connection flight and dropped my check bags to the gate so they can be put on the plane
I had two big blood luggage and one duffel bag. They were all wrapped in blue ceramic. I have all my medication in those bags brand new clothes that I bought. I have called JetBlue to get a tracking of where my luggage are. They have no answers for me. I called the first connection flight of avianca. They said they don’t have anything to do with it because the luggage is arrived to Houston where the connection flight with Jet blue so they should give me an answer. I am very devastated. I bought all those luggage brand new. I lost a lot of money on the belongings that I had inside the luggage. At this point. I would just like a refund because no one has any information on where my stuff is.
