We arrived at gate A at 2:15 p.m. because our flight was leaving at 4:30 p.m. for Mexico City, after three flights had been canceled. We entered the security checkpoint and placed all our belongings there. I was traveling with my friend Rosa Noemi Mendez, who had the same itinerary, so we placed our belongings together. However, when we went through security, we had two carry-on bags, two black backpacks, a handbag, and my black Tommy Hilfiger men’s bag, which we forgot to pick up because we put it in a separate tray.
We then rushed to Terminal C, took the airport shuttle bus, arrived at the boarding gate, and boarded the flight.
Upon arriving in Mexico City, we realized that we didn’t have the black Tommy Hilfiger men’s wallet.
American Airlines got us a direct flight to Mexico City, but we had to leave from Terminal C.
The only thing we forgot was Juan Carlos Solano’s personal bag, which is a black Tom Hilfiger men’s bag containing jewelry, keys, and some cash.
