I filed a Lost Property report on 2/18/26 (Lost Item Report ID 2221281). I was contacted by Southwest via text and email that an item closely matching my lost item had been found. When replying to the text and email and filling in my last name, I keep getting the error messsage Invalid credentials. Please try again. After trying numerous times, I contacted Southwest and was told to file another lost item report….which I am doing.
Inside the black cloth zippered bag is a Microsoft Surface computer, the charging cord, a silver Microsoft pen, a regular pen with the name Rudd on it, a thumb drive and a white piece of paper with writing on it.
